DSC03221As the grandson of the founder of Burgundy’s famed Domaine Clair-Dau, Bruno Clair has winemaking in his blood. His Marsannay white is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Blanc grown in very fine clay soil. The tropical fruit aromas of Chardonnay translate to the palate, while the Pinot brings roundness and meatiness before the long, bold finish. Enjoy with classic, minimalist roast chicken. $42
