045Barrel-fermented in new French oak, with 6 months on lees for a deep, round mouthfeel. Aromas of Pippin apple and ripe pear are wrapped in layers of juicy nectarine and toasty oak notes. The palate is complemented by a long, crisp, elegant finish. Pairs wonderfully with rainbow trout sautéed in butter. $20
